Brief Synopsis: Anand began his career in Accountancy, later moved to Sales before finally moving to Learning and Development. During his Corporate Tenure as a Branch Manager with Real Value Appliances Limited and later on as a National Sales Manager with H&FS, he Recruited & Trained Sales Teams, Tapped New Markets & Client Groups and devised Sales Strategies. While Accountancy as a base helped him understand figures and see the far reaching consequences of decisions taken during sales negotiations, a short stint with H & F S India also exposed him to the working of the Hospitality Industry and to the handling of events, in a big way.
As a Senior Facilitator and Coach, Anand’s experience in lies in the areas of Leadership, Performance Management, Change Management and Sales.
Among his clients in the last two years are L’Oreal, Siemens Limited, Deloitte, SKF, Syngenta, Vodafone Essar Limited, Armacell, Akzo Nobel and Hindalco.
He is empanelled by Krauthammer International Netherlands, to conduct Sales
